Id say just be yourself don’t try to alter yourself for anyone else because people realize that also don’t force yourself to do things like if you want to be motivated start little by little don’t put too much pressure on yourself darling don’t try to put everything on yourself at once it just makes everything worse try to better yourself little bits at a time and try to stay motivated little bits at a time do things that make you happy not what would make others like you better and if you feel like you’re not doing good at all talk to someone about it
