Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is an industrial chemical used as a white pigment in paint. The conversion of volatile TiCl4 to TiO2 occurs according to the following reaction: 1 TiCl4(g) + 1 O2(g) --> 1 TiO2(g) + 2 Cl2(g)

Using the above reaction, calculate the percent yield of Cl2 if 18.6 g TiCl4 reacts with an excess oxygen to give an actual yield of 9.9 g Cl2.
