Professor Witty showed his chemistry students an unknown shiny, metal strip and told them that this metal strip is a close relative to calcium. The students were a little perplexed because they do not remember calcium being shiny or even a metal. Plan and design a lab to help Professor Witty’s chemistry students to identify the unknown shiny, metal strip and to show how it is related to calcium based on its chemical properties. This was assigned to me along time ago but this has me confused so this is my last resort. Can anyone help me pls??
