What property do atoms of these elements have that make the molecules they are in polar?

The property that atoms of some elements that helps making the molecules they are in polar would be the ability to have partial charges. For instance, we have a water molecule, due to its shape it will have one side that has a partial positive charge and an end tha twill have  a partial negative charge.

the catch is that the top numbers are atomic masses the bottom numbers are the numbers of protons and electrons in an uncharged atom. they are the number of that atoms as you would find them on the periodic table. further, the numbers on the left are used to determine the missing numbers on the right
