You are doing an experiment and it involves two Beakers - Beaker 1: has red liquid and Beaker 2has blue liquid. After mixing the 2 beakers together now have a yellow solid (new substance) in the bottom of the 3 ^ (rd) beaker, with some blue liquid left over . Was this a chemical or physical reaction ? Which reactant did I have excess of?
