obtiene si se oxidan 20 g de hierro. Considera que la reacción química presente es:

2. Fermentación: Los azúcares frutales se fermentan y se transforman en diversos alcoholes. La fermentación
es causada por mohos, bacterias y levaduras, que se encuentran en el aire, el proceso químico de la
fermentación alcohólica se representa de la siguiente manera:
C6H12O6 + enzimas de levadura 2002 + CH3 -CH2-OH

Si se desea preparar 300 gramos de alcohol etílico ¿Cuántos gramos de glucosa se deben poner a
fermentar?

Combustión es en palabras simples quemar en este caso el hidrocarburo del gas con el oxígeno del aire.
La reacción quimica es:
