When propane (C3H8) reacts with oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2), and water (H2O) are produced. The balanced equation for this reaction is: C3H8 (g)+5 O2 (g)→3 CO2+4 H2O(g)

The reaction consumes moles of propane (C3H8).

The reaction produces moles of carbon dioxide and moles of water.
