Volume KOH = ?

( V . M . valensi) KOH = (V . M . valensi) H2SO4

V . 0.61 . 1 = 0.47 . 14.5 . 2

V KOH = (0.47 . 14.5 . 2) / 0.61

V KOH = 22.34 ml
