Explain how you would determine the volume of a powdered solid, a liquid, and a rock

Volume may be defined as the quantity of the three dimensional space that is enclosed by a particular closed surface. The S.I. unit of the volume is cubic meter.

The volume exist for solid, liquid and gases. The volume of the object can be calculated by the formula:

Density = mass/ volume

Volume = Density/ mass.

The volume of any object can be measured by diving the density of that object with respect to its mass.
