Experimental Design Practice: Design a lab in which you have a mixture of sand, salt, iron, and poppy seeds and you must separate them all out into individual beakers. You will type up a procedure that will explain all of the steps needed to separate these individual components. Here's an example of a sample procedure: If I had a mixture of sugar and sand that I needed to separate a possible procedure could be the following:

1. Place the mixture into a 100 mL beaker.

2. Add 50 mL of water. (This will dissolve the sugar)

3. Then pour the mixture through a coffee filter or filter paper. (This will trap the sand)

4. Heat the remaining water mixture to evaporate the water and leave the sugar behind.

You should include at least one image or diagram in your procedure.
