Read the following case study, then answer the question that follows. To correctly answer this question, you must use several sentences (maybe even a paragraph depending on the case study), be thorough, and specific. If you need to, write your answer in Microsoft Word to check for spelling and grammar, then copy and paste the text in the answer box. Baked Potato Outbreak Dozens of people got sick at a small cafe. Guests who ate the famous baked potato salad called to complain of nausea and vomiting. These calls began within 2 days after eating the dish. The guests eventually also experienced double vision and difficulty in speaking and swallowing. The local regulatory authority investigated. They found that the baked potatoes in the salad were the source of the outbreak. The potatoes have been wrapped in aluminum foil when they were baked. Then they were left on a prep table overnight to cool. Ultimately, the potatoes were left at room temperature for almost 18 hours before they were used in the salad. Bacteria on the potatoes had the correct conditions for growth. These conditions included time, temperature, and a lack of oxygen provided by the potatoes' foil wrapping.

What could have been done to prevent the outbreak?

The ozone molecule o3 has a permanent dipole moment of 1.8×10−30 cm. although the molecule is very slightly bent-which is why it has a dipole moment-it can be modeled as a uniform rod of length 2.5×10−10 m with the dipole moment perpendicular to the axis of the rod. suppose an ozone molecule is in a 8000 n/c uniform electric field. in equilibrium, the dipole moment is aligned with the electric field. but if the molecule is rotated by a small angle and released, it will oscillate back and forth in simple harmonic motion.what is the frequency f of oscillation?
