Please help me with my 8th grade chemistry, I'm behind and don't understand it at all
When copper metal is heated, a chemical reaction occurs which results in the copper metal gaining a small amount of additional mass. Given that the Law of Conservation of Mass states that matter can neither be created nor destroyed, what is the best explanation for the increase in mass of heated copper metal?
