Use the bisection method to find the Molar Volume Vm for methane at 20 bar and 300 K. For your initial guesses, find the Molar Volume that would be predicted by the ideal gas law, and then round it up to the nearest 0.001 m3/mol for one guess, and round it down to the nearest 0.001 m3/mol for the other guess.
