Agree with the statement like most of human achievements chemistry has been used as well as misused.

Science help in development of culture and promoting human civilization but human misused this achievements in their self interest. Like innovation of nuclear power system helps in increasing nation's development but at the same time man is misusing this atomic energy for making powerful bomb.

Human achieved their success in various field with the help of science and technology. Every aspects of things has two side. Its depend upon us which one we will take off. Specifically chemistry the hard core science contributes a lot in upgrading civilization like innovation of nuclear power system which can reduce the use of other conventional energy resources which is much needed for our future generation.

But our so called society and civilization use this technological and scientific achievements in a negative way and produce nuclear bomb to fulfill their self interest.
