UV radiation is dangerous and can cause skin cancer because of it’s high frequency, which can penetrate the skin. Too much of it can be fatal. Therefore the answer is ultraviolet radiation.

These radiations attacks directly the DNA of the cells of the skin and can cause fatal and an incurable disease like cancer.
