Pressure has additive properties meaning that if you add the partial pressures together, you obtain total pressure.  P total = P1 + P2 + P3 + ...  Pressure of container = pressure of H2 + Pressure of N2 + Pressure of F2                                          = 3atm + 2atm + 5atm                                                        = 10atm    Hope that helped. ;)
