                           First we will find out that either the given amount of Hydrogen gas can produce 295 g of H₂O or not. Therefore, the Balanced Chemical Equation is as,

According to equation,

                         4.04 g (2 mol) H₂ forms  =  36.04 g (2 mol) H₂O

So,

                                 33.1 g H₂ will produce  = X g of H₂O

Solving for X,

                       X =  (33.1 g × 36.04 g) ÷ 4.04 g

                       X  =  295 g of H₂O
