What do you think the percentage of being famous on youtube is because i started last year and almost have 200 subscribers without any my sub4sub or anything like that i just make videos that i enjoy.

I would go with a 40 percent because many people are picky with what they watch in my opinion

Recent studies affirm that only 0.33% of videos on youtube crack the 1 million view mark. Successful subscriber counts barely reach a little more than that, according to numerous levels of statistics. Here is my advice to become more successful in your channel:
–If you are choosing to head into the gaming field, you must be really proficient in the game. If you are moderately okay, it won't get you anywhere because there are MANY video gaming channels. If you are playing a game with a wide player base, like Clash Royale, ROBLOX, Minecraft, Fortnite, or something else, then you will have to be in the top league OR also have some glitches, hacks, and exploits under your fingers. This will WIDELY attract viewers. NOTE: Don't assume that I support this.
–If you are choosing to become a vlogger, it will take lots of time, energy, etc. You will have to edit, revise, and even re-track your vids. It would be hard unless you have a ton of money saved for this.
– EDUCATION: I COMPLETELY support this, because somewhere, some kid or student will be browsing ALL over Youtube, looking for a video on a certain academic topic. If you make vids on education, you are not only getting more subscribers, likes, and fame, but you can also color up your CV or resume with this. It helps, no jokes. 
– Music: Don't even get here. Pop singers across the globe will crush your vids like anything. Rarely do people get their views from local songs. In addition, people may dislike or object to your videos more.  
– Unique: Just be yourself. Don't adapt to a certain system. 
– STAY AWAY FROM POLITICS: I can say this to you a thousand times. If you want to be loved by all of your viewers (at least most of your viewers), then KEEP POLITICS AWAY! FAR, FAR AWAY! This includes global problems. You don't want to distract your video, right?
– Selling merches are a waste for beginners: Don't sell merches. It's just a waste. You can do it when you reach about 1 mil or 2 mil sub count.
– Don't make vids about facts or stories: There are a ton of those already, including The Richest, Top 10, etc. 
– Be appropriate: You never know who is watching your videos. It may be a young child, a spy, or even your mom or dad! So don't include vulgar and obscene figures. 
– Ads do help, you should not use them when you have 200 subscribers. When you reach to about 18K, you can resort to ADs. Just don't rely on Ads always. 
– Learn from others and learn how to avoid the mistakes that other people did. It always helps! You will then be capable of overcoming your difficulties!
– You have to virtually SACRIFICE to your viewers in order to get viewers. Makes sense? In other words, you should make videos to your audience's interest. Now, that does not mean corrupting or spoiling YOUR beliefs or ideology. Just make sure that the viewers know that you care about them. 
– Don't be idiotic: Many youtubers tend to act weirdly or alien-like. They like to dismorph themselves, too. Don't do that. You may receive more viewers and subscribers, but it COMPLETELY ruins your reputation. You will be looked at as a disgusting, uncivilized human. Do you want to be known for that? A good youtuber is known for being wise, intellectual, funny, diligent, and focused. 

– In the essence, it depends on YOUR hard work, whether it is building a successful Youtube channel or winning a contest.
