The Sky’s the Limit is a new bank in NC, and it has one branch in Charlotte. As a consultant, you are asked to perform a process analysis for its branch. You are given the following information. There are three types of resources in the bank:

• There are 4 wealth management experts. On average, a session with a wealth management expert takes 20 minutes. In these sessions, a wealth management expert typically explains the latest financial products and services to the customer.
• Before leaving the bank, all customers visit a customer feedback device (see Figure 1) to take a customer satisfaction survey. There are 2 of these devices. Taking a survey takes 2 minutes.

Assumption: A typical workday is 10 hours.
Based on the information above, please answer the following questions.
