Her parents have decided to put $500 a month in for extras that she might need once she begins school. Although Samantha is very excited about moving into an apartment, she wants your advice on where to begin preparing for her move. She wants to put together a budget but has no idea where to begin. 1. Explain to Samantha how to set up her budget.
