Negative imports of strikes and political disturbance on businesses​

Pure business, nothing ethical or moral.

Strikes happen when your workforce decides they aren't getting paid enough or they don't have enough benefits. You can help to prevent this by banning labor unions in your business.

You can either give in, take a loss of profits, depending on how much they want, or you can fire them all and hire new people. They obviosuly deserved it, they're insubordinate. Or they need to support their family. But we aren't talking about ethics here.

If you chose the former, you'll have to pay them more and/or give them benefits for the rest of the time they work there, unless you manage to convince them otherwise.

If you choose the latter, your profits will suffer until you hire people willing to work for you. Preferably also putting into place the 'no unions' rule if you haven't already. It might be hard, and it'll be a big hit, but you should be back to normal within the year, more or less, depending on the size of your company.

Political disturbances, I'm assuming you're talking about war or terrorism here, will decrease your sales. There's really nothing you can do about it.

Things like terrorism will be temporary, unless you're being targeted consistently. Things like war, however, will last a bit longer. If you're a gun store? Lucky you! If you're a teddy bear store, I'd suggest setting up in a different country or changing what you sell.

Basically, they're both bad for your company.
