Two entrepreneurs, Albert and Beth each plan to open a store either in Bigtown or in Littletown, neither of which currently has a restaurant. Bigtown is larger than Littletown. If just one restaurant opens in Littletown, it would get 100 customers per day. If just one restaurant opens in Bigtown it would get 100 + 2X customers per day, where X > 0. If two restaurants open in the same town, they would each get half of the customers that a single restaurant in that town would get. Daily profits for each restaurant are $1 per customer. Each entrepreneur must decide in which town to locate without knowing where the other will locate.?
