Preselection, careful reading of curriculum, interview.

Explanation:

First stage: Before the interview, the profiles are preselected according to the job description and all the needs that are relevant. Of all the curricula received, those that are most relevant are selected based on knowledge and candidate experience

Second Stage: On the one hand the content is taken into account, and on the other the form, that is, how it is  written, if the understandable, clear, neat, concise, etc.

In relation to the content, if the work experience is ascending, if there are temporary spaces without work activity, and all the questions that arise for the interview. During this stage, we analyze:

- Labor history: previous jobs if they are framed within what the profile requires in terms of the type of company and position.

- Work continuity, take into account local, national difficulties, see freelance work gaps for ex.

-Rotation, changes and define their causes. It can be a cause of an economic improvement, a rise, massive disconnections.

Third stage: The interview. It is the moment when the data mentioned in the curriculum is corroborated, the trajectory is evaluated

of the candidate's job, its potential and hypothesis is developed regarding their personality traits and their compatibility with the position to be filled. It is the instance in which the evaluations are carried out to be taken, of a technical, psychotechnical, environmental nature,  etc. The interview allows to establish which are the most appropriate tests to evaluate the applicant.
