Global Financial Crisis Research Paper: Each student will analyze the performance of the leadership of an organization (assigned by the instructor). The focus of this paper (4-6 pages) will be on the actions taken by the corporate leadership in the face of the global financial crisis since 2007. For the purpose of assurance of learning, one score will be given, based on the articulation of the situation, interaction style, goal setting process, and leadership behavior (MBA-3G): The emphasis is on your analysis on what happened as well as what the outcome was for the company in the short as well as the long run. I want to hear your own opinion on how things went down and how the leader of the company reacted and what the impact was.
