Marianne is a project manager currently working on a project to upgrade workstations, servers, networking equipment, and software during the week from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. She schedules a meeting every other Friday to meet with Bob, the head of the IT department, to discuss project progress and costs.
