I have worked in the capacity of HR manager so diversity and equality was most important aspects which need to be considered. Diversity and equality needs to be maintained at work place to keep the employees motivated and they do not feel left out or have sense of injustice.

Diversity and equality is an important aspect in a business. The people at the work place stay motivated if they feel they are paid according to their skills and expertise. There should not be any discrimination based on cast, color, gender, height, weight or any other religious or moral values. All of the staff should be appraised based on their performance. The goal setting should be achievable and every employee should be able to contribute towards the goals of the business.
