Someone with a 'can-do' mindset that I admire is when a character who is able to overcome any challenges and be willing to make a difference with what they do. What makes a 'can-do' person is that after failing once they'll get back on their feet and try to do it again with a better mindset than the other one they had before. Some obstacles that a can-do person can overcome are the challenges they get put up against, many people could tell them they would never be able to live up to this person's legacy but then that person is just giving them a bigger reason to achieve and soar throughout life.
