I have an economic question. There is an electricity subsidy in Delhi for households during the lockdown, how will this affect the supply curve and also how will this benefit the producers as only the households are benefiting from the subsidy, meaning this subsidy would not necessarily help with the supply but I was search online about the diagram for subsidies, the supply curve usually shifts to the right which may not make sense here. I need a diagram illustrating the effect of this subsidy but I am not sure if my current one is correct and I also am unsure about the producer surplus and consumer surplus. Here is my diagram.
