Ok, so I need some advice. My father is the ceo of a engineering company and since im the oldest child, I'm the heir to the company. Once I turn 16, my Father's assistant is going to start training me but I'm not sure if I want to learn that line of work since I hate math and don't want to work an office job. I feel like my Father will be disappointed if I don't want to become the next ceo. What should I tell him?

You could even have that conversation with him, and say that you are unsure that this is what you want, but agree to begin the training as well as exploring other possible interests you may have, and if you truly want to follow another path then at least you gave it a shot. Besides, if you have younger siblings then there are still more opportunities for him to pass on the company to a child.
