With image manipulation tools such as Photoshop so prevalent today, do you trust photographs you see in news media, product advertising, real estate listings, and other places? Where would you draw the line in terms of how much manipulation is ethical? For example, would it be ethical to subtly improve the look of a real estate listing by using camera lens filters or digital postprocessing to make the sky bluer or the landscape colors more intense?
