    In summary, soybeans and soybean derived foods are indeed rich in vitamins, protein, fiber, and antioxidants. They also contain every vital amino acid, making them a perfectly adequate if not better source of protein than red and lean meats.     To conclude, the things I found most peculiar or interesting were the lack of studies behind the negative effects of soy products and the amount of cancer-risk reducing properties they contained. My reaction to this article was definitely surprised, and I can't think of anything within it that I disagree with.
