Why do you believe large companies and high tech companies prefer or even require electronic résumés? if you were in charge of reviewing résumés, why type would you prefer to receive? why?

It is because almost if not all of the companies venture it current technology for easy access and monitory of the files. an electronic resume is a plain content (ascii), html, and pdf report that gives a business data with respect to an occupation hopeful's expert experience, instruction and employment capabilities and is intended to be perused by a pc program rather than by a person.
