Determine if the benefits of market segmentation outweigh the limitations. Assignment Guidelines:
Review rubric for the assignment.

You are going to research different sectors of the hospitality industry – quick-serve restaurants and budget hotels. Determine pros and cons of market segmentation for both the restaurants and budget hotels. Pretend like you are advising an organization in both of these sectors and write a persuasive essay for both the hotel and the restaurant.

Submission Requirements:
You're going to turn in four items: a pro and con list for the restaurant, the pro and con list of the hotel, the persuasive essay for the restaurant, and the persuasive essay for the hotel. Just because you recommend market segmentation for one does not mean you have to recommend it for both.

Your essays should both be five paragraphs and include an introduction paragraph and a conclusion paragraph. The middle paragraphs should give information and make your argument. Make sure to check punctuation and spelling.
