The Seattle Sounders, a professional hockey team, agree to a two year employment contract with Reggie. The Seattle Sounders' owner signs the contract and delivers it to Reggie. Reggie does not sign the contract, but just keeps it in his safe. With respect to this contract: a. neither party will be able to enforce the contract against the other since it was not signed by both parties.
b. the Seattle Sounders will be able to enforce it against Reggie since their owner signed it, but Reggie will not be able to enforce it against the Seattle Sounders since he did not sign it.
c. Reggie will be able to enforce it against the Seattle Sounders since their owner signed it, but the Seattle Sounders would not be able to enforce it against Reggie since he did not sign it.
d. both parties will be able to enforce it agaisnt the other, even if the other party does not want to be bound to it, since it was signed by at least one party.
