9. (6 pts.) Brad is traveling to Europe and is interested in upgrading his ticket to first class. A day before his flight he calls the airline and is told he needs 30,000 miles for an upgrade. He only has 15,000 miles so he buys 15,000 more for $400 and receives a new seat assignment in first class. When he arrives at the airport he is told that he will need to buy 5,000 more miles for $190 or he will not be able to board the plane. When he explains he just upgraded the day before the airline says he still has to buy the extra miles. His flight is boarding so he pays the extra money and has to rush to the gate to get on the plane. When he returns he calls the airline to say he wants his money back ($190) for the extra miles. Please discuss at least two arguments Bob can use to support why the airline should refund his money. If the airline claims it made a mistake how should Brad respond
