Eco Lawn Care Corp., a company that manufacturers environmentally friendly lawn care products, has been operating as a business for a year. The CEO, Markus, started his venture by deciding on the activities that would be involved and what his goals and objectives for the business were. He then started to recruit professional chemists and other personnel and grouped them according to their responsibilities. Every month Markus conducts a meeting where he brings attention to those who are doing good work and motivates everyone to achieve organizational goals. He also checks the daily productivity of each of the workers, monitoring them and providing training to those with low productivity.
