1. Defaulter- There can be a possibility that the person is involved in malpractice and turns out to be a defaulter hence the credit card practice should not be implemented.

2. Doubtful Debt- If things are given in credit there is no assurance that person would return and give the payment. Hence, immediate payment should be kept in priority.

3. Working Capital Cost- There would in increase in the operating cost of the Business if credit facility is available to the customers.
