The National Incident Management System or NIMS structure develops, recommends, and executes public information plans and strategies is the EOC or the Emergency Operations Center.

The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the facility that is responsible for the implementation of the emergency management and preparedness during a disaster or an emergency. They ensure a company or an organization’s continuity in operation.
