When nearing a bend in narrow channel, stay to the starboard side and announce your approach to vessels that may be around the bend by using a prolonged blast/ signal. Vessels must keep as near as is safe and practical to the outer limit of a narrow channel on their starboard side.

the predator-rate will remain pretty much the same because there will be more than enough pray, but the hunting success rate is stagnant.
