The client won’t recognize, even to recognizing own self in the mirror.  No ambulatory, shows little purposeful activity, often mute, may scream spontaneously. Doesn’t remember how to eat, swallow, chew, commonly loses weight, emaciation common. The problems associated with immobility. Incontinence common, seizures may develop. Mostly certain institutionalized at this point. Return of primitive (infantile) reflexes. Inability to read or write, (the need to taste, chew, and put everything in ones mouth), bluntin of emotions, visual agnosia (loss of ability to recognize familiar objects), morphosis (manifested by touching of everything in sight). characterized by stupor and coma. death frequently is secondary to infection or choking.
