A patient  who report  of  forgetting  to  take 8.00 dose  the  np  should  counsel the  patient to  wait  and  take  the the  evening  dose.at   usual  time.The  patient  should only  take a  missing  does if  he/she  remembers  within  one  hour  after  the  time  the  does  was  supposed  to  be taken.The  patient  could  not  take  the  dose  since  it  was  two  hours  after.
