Fish meal is better than artificial fertilizers. how could this statement be revised to make it a hypothesis?

If I fertilize plant A with fish meal and plant B with artificial fertilizers, I will be able to prove that fish meal is better than artificial fertilizers.

The scientist then has to set up a number of experiments to prove or disprove his hypothesis. In our example above, the scientist needs to keep all the variables consistent for both plants, except that one plant is fed fish meal and the other plant is fed with artificial fertilizers.
