Agene-regulation strategy that is unique to eukaryotic cells is

A eukaryotic gene expression occurs in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. Whereas a prokaryotic gene expression occurs in the cytoplasm of a cell, because it does not have a defined nucleus. This is how these two types of gene expressions differ.
