What is the structural difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells that is directly related to size

Eukaryotic cells are considerably larger than prokaryotic cells because eukaryotic cells have many organelles (mitochondria, chloroplasts, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, lysosomes...) which prokaryotic cells do not. This difference is due to the fact that prokaryotic cells are primitive; eukaryotic cells evolved from prokaryotic cells. Eukaryotic cells also have a nucleus, while prokaryotic cells do not, which contributes to the size difference.
