-Higher temperatures and shifting climate patterns may alter the makeup of natural communities.

-A reasonable extrapolation of the temperature anomaly using the graph of Global Surface Temperature, if the current trend continues to the year 2020 would be 2.5oC.

-As snow and ice cover on Earth increases, solar reflection will also decrease.
