How does the type of liquid (water, milk, or orange juice) given to a plant affect how tall the plant will grow

The amount of growth was affected depending on which type of liquid was used. The water plant (inside) container grew best because the sun wasn't drying up the plant faster then it could absorb the liquid. The water plant (outside) container grew 2nd best because there was less salts,sugar, and chemicals in the liquid.
