basically thats pain.Because when u cant explain, U will probably feel shame.Second, u wont feel like other people who could explain especially with good grammar words based on my experience.Just talk to ur self in the mirror and practice :).I have been through this types of situtions... If the that didnt help take a very deep breath and look at people around u but remember there is no difference between u and them u make mistakes they make mistakes too no one is perfectly perfect. they are humans u are human too also dont mind some dirty eye contact from themtry ur best and neglect them as much as possible
