Your assignment will be to pick a category in the cellular metabolism unit of this course and create a set of examples and non-examples. You can select any topic in this unit (photosynthesis, cell respiration, or aerobic vs. anaerobic respiration). You will need to identify the category you have chosen and have a combination of ten examples and non-examples. Make this activity on a set of index cards. Create one column by having one index card labeled “examples of (your selected topic)” and another column by having an index card labeled “non-examples of (your selected topic).” You will then have ten index cards, with each card having either an example or non-example of your topic. Place your examples and non-examples in the correct column, take a picture of it, and submit it to me below. Here is an idea to help you get started. If you chose to do photosynthesis as your example then anything that performed photosynthesis or anything involved in the process would fit under the example category. Anything that does not perform photosynthesis or anything not involved in the process of photosynthesis would fall under the non-examples category.
