Fourth Form P&D 1 - 2020/2021 SITUATION
Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple which
breaks down proteins. Gelatin (jello) contains
structural proteins. When the Bromelain in pineapple
interacts with the proteins in the gelatin or Jello, the
Jello proteins are degraded and the Jello is liquified.
Plan and design an experiment to investigate the effect
of temperature on the activity of bromelain on proteins.
