Wind energy is also expensive to start as theyll need something like a wind turbine to change it to electricity and considering their location winds are strong at mountain tops so this would be very ideal for them once properly established. bio fuel is the cheapest and easiest to start but it has the biggest effect on the environment as theyll be using wood from trees etc which could destroy their land and lead to soil erosion, drought, desertification and land slides.
hydro power is expensive to start but once established it provides a very reliable source of electricity. they live at a mountain top so i doubt there are any rivers to use hep.
